Hot Tubs and Swim Spas by Arctic Spas® are engineered for the world’s harshest climates and are among the finest hot tubs available in Manitoba and the world. Arctic Spas Manitoba is part of a global network of 160 registered Arctic Spas dealers.
We are excited to expand our team and are looking for a skilled and experienced Spa Service Technician to join our team. The Spa
Service Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality repair, installation, and maintenance services to our clients’ spa and
hot tub equipment.

This is a Full-Time position, and you will be an integral part of our team. With a variety of tasks, you will have the opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation on spa and hot tub equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose spa equipment issues, such as pump or heater problems.
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client questions and providing recommendations for spa and hot
tub maintenance. - Follow safety procedures and guidelines when performing work on spa equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology related to spa equipment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in spa or hot tub repair, installation, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems related to spa and hot tub equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
